Where we are

All three Arelis venues sit at 1905 W Griffin Pkwy in Mission, Texas, just off Griffin Parkway and only a few minutes from McAllen. Guests driving in from Edinburg, Pharr, Weslaco, Harlingen or Brownsville can reach us without a complicated route, which matters when part of your list is travelling in for the weekend.

Parking is on site, so nobody is circling the block in heels. If you are coming for a tour, park anywhere out front and come to the main entrance — someone will be expecting you.

When to reach us

Calling is the fastest way to get a real answer about a specific date, especially for peak quinceañera and wedding season. If you would rather write, the form gets to the same people — we simply reply within one business day instead of right away.

What happens after you reach out

1. We check your date. Availability is the first thing anyone wants to know, so it is the first thing we look at — across all three venues, not just the one you asked about.
2. We talk through your celebration. Guest count, the kind of event, whether you want a stage for live música, how you picture the room. This is what shapes the quote.
3. You come see it. Photos help, but standing in the room is what decides it. Tours are free and there is no pressure attached to one.
4. We build your quote. Every package is put together around your event rather than pulled off a shelf, which is why we do not publish a price list.
5. You reserve the date. Once it is yours, we start planning — décor, catering, timeline and coordination.
