The Grand Villa is the largest space in the Arelis collection and the one we just rebuilt from the inside out. The remodel was not a refresh — it was a reset, aimed at making this the room people in the Rio Grande Valley describe to their friends afterward.
Crystal chandeliers run the length of the ballroom. A mirror staircase gives you the entrance that every quinceañera photographer is hoping for, and every bride quietly wants. The floor holds up to 500 guests, which means you can invite the whole family without editing the list down to the people you had to choose.
In July 2026 the Villa hosted Britney's garden quinceañera — lavender blooms, marquee letters on the checkered floor, a cloud waltz under the chandeliers. It is the clearest picture we can give you of what this room does when someone commits to a vision.

Up to 500 guests — the largest capacity of our three venues. The final layout depends on how you want the room to work: a seated dinner with a full dance floor uses the space differently than a reception built around mingling.
The Villa was rebuilt inside — new finishes throughout, crystal chandelier lighting across the ballroom, and the mirror staircase entrance. It reopened as the flagship room of the Arelis collection.
It is the room most quinceañeras ask for. The mirror staircase gives you a real entrance, the chandeliers do the work for your photographer, and the floor is large enough for a full court and a choreographed baile sorpresa.
